How to cancel your order
Contact us to let us know you wish to either cancel your order, return or exchange a product, providing this is done before your item is printed we can arrange a full refund and cancel your order
Non Personalised Returns
If you wish to return your non personalised item you have 28 days from the date of delivery to cancel and return the order
Please Note: The customer is liable for the postage costs to return a product and is not entitled to a refund on the initial postage cost incurred to deliver the item.
Personalised Returns
If your item was personalised unfortunately we are unable to accept the return due to the nature of bespoke items unless they are faulty or damaged prior to accepting delivery.
